Citizenship and Integration Initiative: call for applications

The Citizenship and Integration Initiative (CII) brings together funding from independent foundations to work closely with the Mayor of London to advance shared goals on social integration. One of these goals is "Young Londoners": supporting young Londoners to secure their legal rights to residence.

We are seeking expressions of interest from civil society organisations (as the lead organisation) in partnership with other relevant organisations to pilot the most effective provision of support (legal and otherwise) to children with irregular status (and their families), delivered in partnership with a primary school.The ambition of this pilot is to test, through educational settings for 5-11 year olds, ways in which:

• Young Londoners’ awareness of their legal rights to residence and citizenship can be increased
  
• The conditions in which more children and young people are able to secure their residence/citizenship are facilitated.
